About this Event
Take your NLP skills beyond the basics and build greater confidence using advanced techniques with real clients. Module Two is a practical, therapist-focused CPD day exploring deeper belief change, parts work, identity-level transformation and advanced therapeutic language, all taught in a clear, structured way so you can understand not only the techniques themselves, but how to integrate them naturally into solution focused, integrative and client-centred practice.
Module Two of our popular NLP CPD training for hypnotherapists focuses on deeper change, therapeutic integration and the confident use of NLP techniques with real clients.
Whether you attended Module One or are joining us directly for this stand-alone advanced day, you’ll gain practical, structured tools for working with beliefs, internal conflict, behavioural patterns, identity and therapeutic language, all within a solution focused, integrative and client-centred approach.
Where Module One introduces core NLP change techniques, Module Two takes the work further, exploring belief change, parts work, identity-level change and advanced language patterns that can be integrated naturally into your existing therapeutic approach.
Join me, Lisa Williams Edgar, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Level 5 NCH Registered Supervisor, as we explore trusted NLP models and techniques that I have learned, adapted and successfully used within therapeutic practice for over a decade.
Module One and Module Two can be attended individually or together. You do not need to have attended Module One to attend Module Two. If you would like to book both workshops, please contact us directly for a discount code.
What You Will Learn
• Six-Step Reframing – Work with unwanted behaviours by identifying the positive intention behind them and helping the client develop new, more useful choices.
• Visual Squash (Parts Integration) – Work respectfully with conflicting internal parts and help bring opposing needs towards greater integration.
• Spatial Parts Work and Empty Chair-style Dialogue – Use physical positioning and perspective shifts to explore internal dialogue, competing needs and different aspects of experience when appropriate.
• Timeline Repatterning – Use timeline-based work to help clients change their relationship with past experiences and strengthen more helpful future responses.
• Organic Belief Change (Museum of Beliefs) – Explore and update limiting beliefs using spatial anchoring, mentor positions and ecological checking.
• The Logical Levels Model – Explore whether change is needed at the level of environment, behaviour, capability, belief, identity or purpose, helping you choose the most appropriate therapeutic intervention.
• Sleight of Mouth Patterns – Learn conversational reframing patterns that can gently loosen rigid or limiting beliefs without challenge or debate.
• Cause and Effect Disruption – Use precision language to loosen rigid thinking, emotional loops and limiting assumptions while helping clients reconnect with choice and personal agency.
• Milton Model Language Patterns – Explore permissive and hypnotic language patterns that can support imagination, possibility and unconscious change.
• Meta Model Precision Questioning – Learn how carefully chosen questions can clarify vague, distorted or limiting language and open up greater choice and flexibility.
• Advanced Future Pacing and Ecological Checking – Help clients mentally rehearse new beliefs, behaviours and responses while checking that the change fits comfortably within the wider context of their lives.
Throughout the day, techniques are explained clearly, demonstrated where appropriate and supported by practical exercises so that you can understand not simply what to do, but how and when to use it therapeutically.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is ideal for solution focused hypnotherapists, clinical hypnotherapists and integrative therapists who would like to deepen their understanding of NLP and feel more confident using NLP techniques within client work.
You do not need to have attended Module One.
Module Two works beautifully as a stand-alone training for therapists who already have some NLP knowledge or clinical experience, while also providing a natural progression for those who have completed Module One.
The emphasis throughout is on practical application, giving you techniques that can be adapted and integrated into hypnotherapy, therapeutic conversation and wider client work.
What Previous Participants Say
Amanda Dorlin-Barlow said: "You provide a very warm, supportive learning environment with a very kind & gentle delivery style, and it is evident you are an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled practitioner, very inspiring. Thank you. I was already familiar with some of the content & techniques, although not routinely using all of them due to lack of practice. It was excellent to hear them delivered from a different trainer, giving me a new perspective, more insight & greater understanding. Some of the techniques were brand new to me, and I found them interesting & am excited to try them out. The practice room was helpful to test out the techniques, as I feel the best way to really learn this is by doing it & having to think & respond on the fly to the 'client' in front of you."

With over 13 years' client experience, I have used NLP alongside hypnotherapy and solution focused approaches to help clients move forward gently and effectively.
As Co-Director of New Horizon Training Academy, I am passionate about helping therapists develop practical skills they can genuinely use with confidence in the therapy room, rather than simply learning techniques in theory.
