We do not believe in scaremongering our customers about what they don’t know or the fact that they are not approaching things in the ‘right way’. We wish to provide the support and encouragement that you need so you keep learning with us, safe in the knowledge that the training you are getting is based on latest research and has been independently verified. After all, success in therapy is as much about building trust and rapport as it is about using a ‘one size fits all’ approach with your clients.
Educating Others in a Fun Way
Learning with us is a fun experience. Learning should be fun. Even when we feel way out of our comfort zone, we like to laugh about it, regroup, and support one another to a better understanding of the subject matter.
You can be assured that you will always be treated with respect. As adults, colleagues, and professionals. We are coming together to learn and grow and to share knowledge, expertise, and experience. We do not seek to ‘train’ you as if in a school environment.

We agree between us the specific learning outcomes that will help you to hit the ground running with immediate effect once back in the therapy room. We expect our trainers to help us in sharing knowledge, resources, toolkits, and handouts following training and to get them out to you in a timely manner.

We will always adhere to required professional standards which means we will not run courses that have not passed rigorous assessment. There may be odd occasions where we need to balance our approach with common sense to give you the best service and experience.
