Supervision Agreement Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for One-to-One Supervision

Definitions
‘The Service’ refers to the Supervision Service outlined in this Agreement.
‘You’, ‘Your’ refers to the client receiving The Service.
‘I’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘Supervisor’ refers to New Horizon Training Ltd, including any deputies or sub-contractors acting as service providers.

Basis
One-to-one Supervision sessions are arranged by mutual agreement between you and us. Each session is up to one hour in length and is provided on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) basis.

Supervision is conducted via telephone or Zoom and is delivered in accordance with the codes of practice of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and other recognised organisations to which we are aligned.

We reserve the right to change session prices, scheduling, or methods of supervision with at least 30 days' notice.

Any material provided during supervision sessions is for your personal use only. It may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without our express written permission.

Fee
The current fee for one-to-one Supervision is £40 per session (up to 1 hour). Fees are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice provided to all clients.

Billing
Payments must be made in GBP and are required before each session. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods. New Horizon Training Ltd does not store any card details; transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Cancellation and Refunds
To cancel or reschedule a session, notice must be given by email to: enquiries@newhorizontraining.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to full charge at our discretion.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate The Service at our discretion. This may occur in cases of:

Unethical or inappropriate behaviour
Breach of confidentiality
Bullying or abusive behaviour
Persistent late cancellations or non-payment
You also have the right to discontinue supervision at any time by providing written notice via email.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
New Horizon Training Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes, including fee adjustments, will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use The Service, you agree to be bound by any updated Terms and Conditions.
