Lisa Williams Edgar of New Horizon Training Ltd can offer Supervision services to practising Hypnotherapists. In her capacity as a fully qualified Supervisor with the NCH and the AfSFH, she provides supervision to therapists wanting to establish, develop, or maintain their practice.

Application for Supervision services

If you would like to apply for ongoing Supervision services, please be sure to read fully the Terms and Conditions below and then if you'd like to go ahead, you can apply from this page. By submitting the payment form and making payment, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. The fee structure for Hypnotherapy Supervision Services is currently as follows:

Pay As You Go (PAYG) One-to-one Supervision Sessions

£40 per call, for up to 1 hour, as frequently as you need, via telephone, Skype or Zoom. No subscription required.

 

PAYG Group Supervision Sessions

Run bi-monthly for 3 hours - £25 per seat booked through Eventbrite. No subscription required. Please note, Subscribers to these events will take priority if the event is over-subscribed.

Subscription-based One-to-one Supervision Sessions

£30 for up to one hour of support per month. Within this fee agreement, paid up subscribers can additionally reach me via phone or email for urgent issues that can't wait until our next scheduled meeting. The number and length of additional calls agreed to will be at my discretion.

 

Subscription-based Group Supervision Sessions

£20 once within every two calendar months. Held on either a Saturday or Sunday from 10am-1pm in February, April, June, August, October and December, these three-hour sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Everyone has a chance to ask questions and offer feedback, with a cap of 15 participants per session. Therefore by signing up to this agreement you will always be sure of a place. All therapists, even those working under the supervision of others, are welcome to attend these meetings.

 

Supervision Agreement Terms & Conditions

Definitions

‘The Service’ refers to the Supervision Service outlined in this Agreement. ‘You’, ‘ Your’ refers to the client subscribing to The Service. ‘I’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘ Supervisor’, refers to New Horizon Training Ltd, our deputies or sub-contractors as service providers.

Basis

  1. The Service is provided on an ad-hoc or rolling bi-monthly basis, depending on your chosen service level. Support will be in the form of:
  2. Invitation to pre-arranged bi-monthly 3-hour Group Supervision sessions, dates of which are published by us on our website. Answering questions via SMS (text), Messaging app (Whatsapp), Phone calls or Emails for the remaining time available on your agreed service level.
  3. One-to-one Supervision sessions arranged by agreement between you and us for the remaining time available on your agreed service level. You will be entitled to a maximum number of hours’ of support every other month, based on the service level you have subscribed to, under the terms of The Service and while you are subscribed. We aim to be as flexible and helpful as possible and from time to time you may be offered additional support time at our discretion and without obligation on our part.
  4. You understand that your Supervisor has the right to change locations, prices and methods of supervision of not less than 30 days of notice.
  5. You understand that we aim to deliver The Service in line with the codes of practice of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH) and other recognised organisations of which we are members or to which we are aligned.
  6. Material created by us and presented to you at supervision sessions as part of The Service can be made available to you on request. It is provided for your own personal use and you may not further disseminate the material without our express written permission.

Billing

Billing shall be by credit or debit card. You agree and authorise that your card may be charged automatically on submission of this form, and again at subsequent at renewal times if you have chosen a subscription service level and until The Service is terminated. New Horizon Training Ltd as a data controller does not store any card details, they are held securely by our payment provider (currently Stripe.com).

Fee

Fees are charged in GBP and as detailed in the service level information. These are  subject to change in future, at our discretion. Not less than 30 days of notice will be given to all current subscribers to The Service if price changes are impending.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate The Service and this Agreement. New Horizon Training Ltd will inform the other party about our intention to withdraw from the contract through a written notice. Conditions of termination may include mutual agreement; unethical or inappropriate behaviour that may include breach of confidentiality during group discussions, bullying of peers, abusive behaviour, being disrespectful to peers and persistent and unreasonable criticism; continuous missed payments.

You shall also have the right to terminate through a written notice via email or post. Reasons for termination can be that you wish to move on to another Supervisor; do not wish to pay a monthly subscription; have stopped your business.

Refunds

To cancel your contract for supervision, notice of cancellation must be given by email to: Lisa Williams Edgar at enquiries@newhorizontraining.co.uk. Any payment that has been made and within the 14 days cancellation period will be refunded. Any other issues may be resolved at the discretion of Lisa Williams Edgar.

Occasionally circumstances may arise which result in the need to cancel, reschedule or postpone an event, due to an unforeseen occurrence or act of God. When this is the case New Horizon Training Ltd will refund accordingly.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

New Horizon Training Ltd may change these Terms including without limitation changing existing fees or introducing new fees, from time to time. We will provide you with at least 30 days of notice before the proposed change comes into effect. All such changes will be posted on the Website and by email. The most up-to-date version of these Terms is always available on the Website and you should check the Website regularly so you can see the latest version. You are bound by these Terms and any amendments made to them so we recommend that you print a copy to keep for your records.
