Decades of combined professional practice and advanced training
The academy was founded by Lisa Williams Edgar (HPD, MNCH Acc., NCH Sup, SFBT Sup Hyp) and Angie Hayes (DSFH, HPD, SFBT) — active clinical practitioners who lead the training team alongside experienced lecturers, supervisors and specialist CPD trainers.

Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Senior Lecturer and Supervisor in Integrative Clinical Hypnotherapy, with additional training in psychotherapy, CBT skills and NLP. Practical and focused on building ethical professional identity.
Angie Hayes
Founder, Director & Senior Trainer
Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Solution Focused Brief Therapist with a background in corporate coaching. Trained with BRIEF International alongside Elliott Connie, bringing solution-focused approaches to meaningful change.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, author, motivational speaker, broadcaster and qualified Therapy Supervisor. Known as a mindset specialist, Andy brings almost two decades of experience to teaching, including specialist CPD in phobias, PTSD and therapeutic change.
