About the Five-Month Course
Ayurva Academy is delighted to offer the Hypnotherapy Supervisor’s Diploma, accredited to Level 5 and benchmarked against Ofqual’s Qualification and Credit Framework. This advanced training has been specifically designed for experienced hypnotherapists of all modalities.
The programme integrates evidence-based theory on the supervisory relationship with applied skills development, ensuring that all materials reflect the professional standards for ethical, competent, and reflective practice.
Who Is This Diploma For?
This Diploma is open to qualified hypnotherapists who:
- Have a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience as a practising hypnotherapist.
- Are currently engaged in active supervision.
Format and Delivery
The course runs over five months and consists of five structured modules, each delivered in two parts:
Day 1: A live, tutor-led Zoom classroom (6 hours).
Day 2: A self-directed learning day, with guided study, reflection, and integration tasks.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Deliver safe, ethical, and reflective supervision.
- Integrate solution focused and other therapeutic models into supervision.
- Support supervisees with risk, safeguarding, ethics, and boundaries.
- Facilitate group and individual supervision with sensitivity and confidence.
- Develop your own Supervision Philosophy and professional style.
Portfolio and Assessment
To qualify, students will complete a five-month portfolio consisting of:
- Case studies based on real or observed supervision.
- A written Supervision Philosophy.
- Supervision logs, contracts, and feedback forms.
- Reflective exercises and structured learning tasks.
